Working in community to stop wage theft and wage discrimination in Greater Cincinnati through enforcement and expansion of the Cincinnati Wage Enforcement ordinance and promotion of living wage employers with a commitment to workers’ safety.

Workers train one another to spot hazards, report hazards and build safety culture where they work. This includes supporting injured workers and insuring their access to workers’ compensation payments for medical care and lost wages.

Immigrants exercise and grow their fundamental human rights on the job and in the community.
